Dear Followers,

This isn’t going to be a nature post, but I would really appreciate it if you would take the time to read this. My brother and I restored a 1920’s Theater in Chicago over the course of a year and now, because Hollywood has decided to stop making traditional 35mm film print and transitioned into digital, the theater is in danger of closing down. We have started a KICKSTARTER Campaign in order to raise awareness and the necessary funds to purchase a new digital projection system, which we need in order to stay open.

-Zissou just went head first in a tall drinking glass of water. Water is everywhere, but I thankfully cleaned up a borrowed book pretty well (It’s probably all your good karma, Jeff; +Gaia’s Garden is always flourishing)
-studying for jazz history exams is easier when you change the names (lionel hampton=lionel richie; jo jones=joe jonas; freddie green=freddie mercury; Krupa=King Koopa/Koopa Troopa; Coleman Hawkins=Coleman ‘Stephen” Hawking; yadayadayda) (obvs swing decade)
-keep going through the motions for another 25 days, dearie
